#1 ON THE GROUND FLOOR
A large living room, more than 50m² with a kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room. The ideal atmosphere to meet with family or friends.
The dining room and living room with : family dining table, sofas & armchairs, TV and Sound Bar .
Direct access to the indoor swimming pool and to the first floor.
The fitted kitchen with : dishwasher, 12 place settings, refrigerator, glass ceramic hob, oven and microwave.
The back kitchen with : washing machine and dryer, access to the living room and to the ground floor bedroom.
A room with : two 90 cm beds that can be adapted to 180 cm bed with access for handicapped people, private bathroom.
The entire ground floor is accessible.
#2 SECOND FLOOR
From the living room take this old spiral staircase … and relax.
A reading area with : books, games, toys for young and old.
A bedroom with : 180 cm bed, extendible bed 90 cm places, bathtub and WC, private access from outside.
Two bedrooms with shared bathroom : for the first four 90 cm beds (including a bunk bed), two 90 cm beds for the other that can be adapted to 180 cm bed.
Baby bed available.
#3 GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL
Facing south with a terrace accessible from the living room and the indoor swimming pool, the garden is an invitation to relax. Closed and created by us, you only have to choose your atmosphere …
Garden with large terrace, garden tables and barbecue, table tennis table and table football.
Indoor swimming pool heated all year round at 28°C, from 7m by 3m and from 1. 15m to 1. 40 m deep. Equipped with an electrical safety flap with WC and shower.
Bike shelters, paddle… accessible near the cottage.

Its period fireplace, totally restored with care and its limewashed walls, is the romantic room of the gîte.
IN THE LIVING ROOM
Its old stones that contain so many secrets, its large bay giving direct access to the private garden offers maximum brightness to the room.
A DORMITORY ON THE FIRST FLOOR
The 2 bedrooms on this floor give you the possibility to leave five children alone in their own space with bathroom.
